He has spent the past 15 years in the study of business leadership and strategies for the design of new practices in a fast, radically changing marketplace. Part of this study centered on building fundamental strategies for constituting personal ambition, formulating philosophies of care and power, accumulating knowledge, formulating and using ethics of power, producing highly valued offers and making money, building networks of help and membership, generating and increasing autonomies, producing highly valued accomplishments, establishing identities of trust and value, holding leadership roles, building powerful business organizations and reading the world to notice and assess marketplace drift.

Jeffrey participates actively on several boards as an advisor, and continues to look for opportunities to both learn and teach. He credits his knowledge to early work with Toby Hecht and Stan Leopard – understanding the mechanisms of business to make meaningful differences to business owners and executives.

Jeffrey lives in Philadelphia with his wife of 26 years, Lisa. They have three children who all actively work and learn in the Philadelphia area.
