Know Your Numbers: A Mature Talk About Money

  • Do you know how much money you need at retirement?

If you don't know the answers to these questions you are in danger. Knowing your numbers is not just a good idea, but essential to living a good life. Much of the Baby Boomer generation overspent and under saved - leaving them with a life filled with compromises. They do not have enough money to retire and pay for their current lifestyle. When asked the question how much money is enough, most people cannot answer it. Don't leave yourself without an answer to that question.

How much money is enough can be a very personal question and at the same time there are fundamentals in play that cannot be ignored. You can disrespect fundamental laws, principles and mechanisms but not the consequences. Commitment Based Management

We find most companies are limited and restricted in a culture of “best effort”. It is not a culture of commitments and promises. This prohibits the company from producing competitive advantage, superior value and top performance. Over the past 16 years we have worked with teams and individuals to shift their culture to one of commitments and promises. Membership in COO Forum

The Hanhausen Group is the chapter director for the COO Forum. This is a nationwide group of high level individual performers who characterize themselves as the second in command. Our founder, Jeff Hanhausen held the role of COO in several companies over 25 years and is currently the COO for 2 companies using technology to coordinate and direct.
